In 1993, after living for several years in the United States, Mrs. De La Garza decides to relocate back to her dear hometown of Tampico Tamaulipas where she was born and raised.
After a short period of time, she soon realizes that she could take advantage of her parent's real estate by subdividing this into apartment rental accommodations while still preserving the original charm, flavor and personality of the place she grew up in and who she wanted to share with her future tenants.
The name "Jardin Rentals" was born from the spirit and essence of the place: A peaceful, comfortable and friendly apartment rental environment.
